ABOUT ME

Adam is a licensed and board certified clinical male therapist / counselor, and Co-Founder of the Grow Wellness Group; serving the greater western suburbs of Chicago. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from DePauw University, his Masters in Clinical Social Work from Aurora University, and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

In terms of therapeutic approach, Adam recognizes that the strength of his relationship and underlying trust with his clients is paramount to the growth that is possible. Accordingly, he ensures a supportive environment for the client that allows him/her to feel at ease and comfortable. Additionally, while Adam is not shy to insert humor when appropriate, he does feel it is important to keep his clients accountable toward their own growth, which is a component of his therapeutic style.

Clients consistently find Adam to be very down to earth, accepting and tremendously easy to talk to. Each one of them quickly learns that Adam always strives to over deliver on the care and support he provides.

Adam works with clients ages 12 and up experiencing depression, anxiety, self worth and confidence challenges, trauma, major life transitions, grief and loss, family conflict, parenting challenges, relationship conflict, and career coaching in Naperville, IL, Plainfield, IL and the surrounding suburbs. Based on the challenges that Adam can help you navigate, he provides therapeutic interventions and support related to individual counseling, family counseling, couples counseling, and teen counseling.

Adam was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, but now lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with his wife and children.
